Trattoria or Captain's Grille?

We are thinking of sending our 2 kids on the Albatross Treasure cruise leaving from Yacht Club one morning and are looking for a good way to spend a couple of hours on a nice breakfast or brunch nearby. Would you recommend Captain's Grille or Trattoria?
Or any other ideas of places to have some adult time while they are on their cruise for 2 hours? I originally thought "ooh we can do the wine walk in Epcot" but we won't have time since World Showcase opens at 11 and their cruise is about 9:30-11:30.
Any suggestions are welcome!

In my Opinion, the breakfast at Captain's Grille, at The Yacht Club is one of the very best breakfasts on Disney Property. It is not chaotic like the breakfasts with characters. I love the buffet. It is relaxing in there, and is one of the reasons that I prefer a resort in that area.
