Trattoria, Kitchen, or Islands???

I haven't eaten at any of the resort restaurants but I have a coupon this month for passholders that is buy one get one free lunch entree at either Trattoria del Porto, The Kitchen, or Islands Dining Room. Any suggestions of which one I should pick? Thanks!!

We have been to all 3. We chose the Kitchen for Thanksgiving dinner and it was excellent so that would be my choice.
