Trattoria breakfast - combine 2 reservations?

I snagged a reservation for a party of 10 at Trattoria at 180 days, but then had to switch our park days around and there aren't any more reservations for a party that large. So we have 2 separate reservations, one for 6 people and one for 4. Has anyone had luck at this restaurant with combining reservations and being seated together?

I've done it at other places but not at Trattoria. Best advice is to arrive early and ask to be seated together. You could also call Disney dining and see if they can combine the reservations.

We've done that at several restaurants as we always have 10-12 people. We just go up to the podium together and tell them we'd like to be seated close together. We've always gotten tables next to each other.
