I was wondering if someone could help me, I had taken pictures of the trash cans of Disney to make a scrapbooking page, I can remember lots but there are 2 cans I just can't seem to remember where they were taken.
There are no signs on the cans but maybe someone would know where these were taken in WDW. They were cans from either the parks or Resorts. Please help

I wanted to insert a couple of pictures but I can't seem to be able to, I used to do it before but now it doesn't, any help?????

This sounds like such a cool idea!! :teeth: I can't wait to see your pix!!

Where are your photos hosted/stored? Since these are Disney trashcans, why not put them in the DIS photo gallery & work from there...never mind. I went to get you the link & I see it's down for a server move.

How about something like photobucket then? You just need to get the location of the photo & then add
after it. Place those right up against the location string - don't leave any spaces - and it should work.

This one sounds like us. I took a picture in Disney of the talking trash can. Father inlaw said that it sounds like it was our high light of the trip.

here are the links(I hope) to the trash cans I need names of where they are in WDW. # 2 I believe was at a Resort but I am not positive, here goes

This is a cool idea! I'm not sure, but I believe the 3rd one is in Asia in AK. :)

I think the top one is the cans from the Monorail station at the MK, and the 3rd one is Asia in AK. It's the Maharajah Jungle Trek logo, but I can't remember if they use the same ones though out the land or not (and I was just there a week ago!).

I haven't seen the second one, but based on the signage on the wall, which I can't really see, I would guess either Coronado Springs or Caribbean Beach.

The third one is Asia - or possibly in the seating area behind Flame Tree Barbecue.

The second one is most likely by or in Beaches and Cream judging from the ice cream colors on the signs in the background. edited to say I think the previous poster is right - Caribbean Beach - because of the ice cream colors and the hibiscus design on the background of the label, which didn't fit with Beaches.

My guess for the first one is Grand Floridian because the design is somewhat formal in nature, the lawn is dead flat, and the pavement is formal brickwork.

Thank you all your replies, and the mystery continues.........
I had thought the first one was Coronado Springs Resort but I am not sure.
The second I thought was around the front entrance to POQ but I could be wrong , and the 3rd is probably Asia since a lot of people had said that.
Please continue to give me some answers so I can finish my scrapbook page,,,,Blue

I am sure the first one is the monorail station also. I glanced at it and new it is on the side closer to MK, DH looked and agreed imeadiately.

If you took pictures at the Coranada I think the second one could be from that in one of the reosrt sections.

I did the same thing at Disneyland Paris so I could compare them to the ones in Disneyland (California). People looked at me like I was crazy. Hahaha. But they have very unique trash cans in Disneyland Paris because there is a place to put your used cigarette butts.

Don't you have clues from the other pictures taken just before and after? But yes the top one is definately MK near the monorail.

Hey, I am leaving for WDW on Thursday for Marathon weekend. Let me know if you need me to go "find" one of these for you. Or atleast, double check your conclusions! i will!

The second one is from Carribean Beach I think. If you look at the picture below the bench and ashtray beside the planter are the same.

HEy!
We saw our talking trash cans by Cosmic Rays in Tomorrowland. Across from space mountain! That was in early 12/06.
Does that jog your memory?
