I am very happy to report that my girlfriend left Saturday and used Murray Hill (transportation2disney) as her towncar. She said they were exceptional. The plane was an hour late getting in, but they were waiting for them. Picked them up in a brand new Excursion. They offer the picture by the entrance, but it was getting too dark so they will get one coming home. Also did their grocery stop. They are also one of the cheaper ones. Terrific communication (only because I've changed my reservations 3 times and have emailed Marie all three times. No problem, she has noted my change and emails me the correction. Plus I'm getting a stroller from them for $20.00 for the entire stay. No lugging it on the airplane. I was a little hesitant to use them, because we always used Tiffany, but we thought a change was good. I'm looking forward to our trip with them!

Glad to hear a good report - we booked them for our trip next month. We just ordered the $20 stroller - the pix looks nice on the website. Would you mind reposting about the stroller? Was it nice, new, etc...........Same thing - didn't want to have to check stroller on plane - but didn't want to rent. Couldn't beat the price - for the WEEK.

I used MH last month and the service was very good.Driver was friendly and great with my DD's. I called them the night before and the morning of our arrival because we went standby on an earlier flight and they said no problem they would have a driver there. The driver met us at baggage and helped with the luggage. We ordered a towncar and got a van-much more roomier. We asked for a car seat and it was fine. Although not secured in the middle of the seat. Had no problems with a grocery stop(we had on our reservation)-didn't have to remind driver of the stop. We ordered the stoller-same line of thinking hauling it at airport. When I first used the stroller it was hard to push and the wheels weren't turning like they should. My DH tried and said the same. No way could I push this one for entire trip. I called MH & the lady said she noticed one like that this morning when she was cleaning it. (Don't know why they sent it out like that) but I was the one to get that one. They delivered another one that evening to my hotel.Yeah. It was a hard one to push-the wheels looked worn and the lady swore they had all new ones as of this year. The seat isn't very well padded-so you might want to bring along a pad or towel/blanket.
Also, it was difficult at times to get things(diaper bag) in and out of basket, even with the seat fully upright. The basket doesn't pull out to allow extra clearance to put stuff in/out.
Our next trip I will use MH again, but I will bring my own stroller and gate check it. I will need it at the airport anyways.
