If you use a shuttle, check what time they will pick you up. I know they ones we have used or inquired about don't pick up until 12 noon.
We called a taxi. M & H 321-784-4499 We called the night before to set it up, but alas, they forgot us. I called when they were late by 10 min. and they were there within 20 min. (by 10:30). If you do call the night before, a gentle reminder is probably in order the next morning.
It was $15 plus tip for the 3 of us from The Hampton.
Also the benefit of the taxi was that we didn't have to play the game of "I was here first waiting for the shuttle". That happened to us on the trip before last. We had been the ones to arrange for the shuttle (our hotel did not have it as part of the package). If fact, after many times being told on the phone that the shuttle could pick us up at 10:30, when we arrrived at the hotel they told us we couldn't be picked up until 12. They said the shuttle never comes before that.
Well, I complained and told them of my many conversations on the phone and they finally were able to arrange the 10:30 pick up. However, there were suddenly other groups trying to take over our shuttle!!!
So for us, a taxi will be used.
