I was flipping though the vouchers and information in our Disneyland Vacation Package from Costco that arrived last week and noticed our transportation vouchers are to and from the wrong airport!

I know I need to call today during my lunch break but I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else and what they will be able to do since we leave in less than 2 weeks?

Thanks!

How did the call go? Now I am worried, don't think they asked me what airport I was flying into. I booked the package way before the flight.

Our very first trip I booked a package (GCH, tickets and flights) the flight seating some how got all screwed up.
2 Children 3 Adults at the time of booking our seat assignments were all together right where we wanted to sit.
When the info arrived our seats weren't what we chose. 2 were in a row near the front and the other 3 were in separate rows scatter in the back of the plane. I tried to correct the issue when the info arrived but was told the flight was booked and there was nothing that could be done until the day of the flight.
The day of the flight the terminal attendants said with a booked flight in coach there was nothing they could do either. When they announced $50 seat upgrades to first class, I was first in line, the lady smiled and said she had seats 3A, 4A,C,D and F for me. It cost $250 but problem solved.

We continued to book packages for trips but I always did air separate and on my own for control.

The last time we booked a GCH and ticket package, the tickets were screwed up. I had paid for 5-day hoppers and we received 5-day one park tickets. I didn't notice it before the trip. On our first day when we went to hop over to DCA, the CM said we didn't have hoppers. We had to run down to the end of DTD to the Disney Travel Office. We got there 5 minutes before they closed for the day. They were able to issue us the correct hoppers. Problem solved.

After being on the board and learning all the various tip saving hints, I book everything myself. Not going with a package saves me several dollars each trip.

How did your call go this afternoon? I'm sure Disney Travel will make it right for you. 2 weeks is plenty of time.

Enjoy your trip.

I called the Costco travel people after work because I was on hold too long for my lunch. The lady was very nice and said she was a supervisor. Basically she went through all of our travel information including our transportation from the airport and it was all correct on her end. It seemed very weird to her and us that the vouchers have our names printed on them correctly but the wrong airport and type of vehicle while their system has it correctly. We never change our reservation at all so it isn't like it was updated after the fact or something.

Anyway, she said she would have to talk with a higher up manager in the morning and call us back. We are patiently awaiting that phone call.

Thanks for the well wishes! I'll let you know what I find out when they call!

What likely happened was an "equipment" change. Meaning they changed the plane itself that was slated for your flight, and it had a different seating situation. No matter HOW we ("we" meaning all of us) book our flights, if we're not on Southwest we all have to keep an eye on the flight. When they make an equipment change, seating assignments get changed. The faster we get it changed back, the better. So that's why you were told you had to be at the airport, because it was impossible to make the changes online at that point. Or if you were contacting the TA, they couldn't do it, but it's *possible* the airline itself could have done it.
