Transportation to Universal from Disney

Has anyone ever purchased tickets and transportation from Dreams Travel Unlimited for Universal? We are thinking about buying their tickets because they include the Mears transportation. Has anyone had any experience with this? This is the last piece of my Thanksgiving puzzle. We really don't want to rent a car and taxis seem expensive.

We used Mears this past week for transporation to/from AKL to Universal. I booked just the shuttle service and booked it directly thru them.

The pick up was fine, the drop off almost caused me to put my head thru the window. Never again.

We used them last December and it was good but wouldn't do it again. We have a rental car this time and like being able to come and go without having to wait or picking us up.
