Has anyone used Ed Korgan Transportation Services and what did you think? The price is right, the set time is perfect and he seems super nice, (he gave us pointers on how to keep the cruise part a secret from the kids till we get to the boat). I'm just kinda nervous not using Disney transport.

Hi! I have scheduled with Ed as well for October and this is what I found as well -- I wasn't sure if you ever got the info you were looking for!!
We have used Ed Korgan travel 3 times to/from MCO and Universal and to/from US/Disney and have the service scheduled again for the end of August.

Credit Card was fine*. We tipped the driver in cash but I don't think you have to.

* From his webpage: I accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover Credit cards.

We just used Ed Korgan's transportation for the 4th time last week. This was the first time we actually met him though. The other times we had other drivers due to reasons like delayed flights. He made sure we were taken care of.

On this trip, he brought my family from MCO to the Hard Rock Hotel, and then he took me to the Beach Club at Disney and my family to MCO.

We were able to pay by credit card, but we tipped in cash. I don't think we had to use cash, but we prefer to do it that way.

Hi, a quick question..we are due on WBTA in two weeks. Our PAT is 2pm, but we arrive in Barcelona at 1100 and have arranged Disney transfer to the ship.
Will we sit around for ages at the port, or as we have used their transfer can we get on earlier?
Have sailed DCL twice previously but never used their own transfers..

When we did the Med cruise, we landed in Barcelona around 8:30. We used DCL transfers to the ship. We had a city tour enroute, arriving at the port around 11:00.

If the DCL transfers in Barcelona work the same as at MCO, DCL will transport you directly to the port. And you can enter/check in as soon as you reach the terminal. Generally, boarding begins around 11:00ish with Open Boarding being called around 12:00-12:30.

I'm fairly certain that once you've checked in you will be boarding fairly quickly.
