transportation to the Palm/Magnolia

Does anyone know about the transportation from the GF to Magnolia golf course. I know the hotel provides it , but is if very time consuming? Or would it be better to valet park and just drive over?

Transportation to and from a Disney Resort to a Disney Golf Course is provided via a courtesy taxi. The Valets will arrange it for you.

It's a small voucher that they fill out, and hand to a taxi driver who is usually standing by. Then, you're off on your way. You get the return voucher at the course itself.

Oh, and gratuity is INCLUDED with the voucher.

When we've gone to play golf at Palm or Magnolia, the CR valet gave us a voucher and put us in a taxi (already at the CR) and in no time at all we were at the golf course. Great Disney benefit!
