Transportation to Mass Services - TIA

Hi Everyone!

In addition to my trip with DH this fall, I am helping to plan my parent's October/November trip! It's their first trip without kids! They took my sister and I to WDW so much as a kid and we created so many wonderful memories. I really want this trip to be amazing for them.

Anyways, my mom wants to go to mass on either Saturday or Sunday. I see that they no longer have the mass services at the Poly so the Mary Queen of the Universe Shrine in Orlando seems to be the closest and most popular for Catholic services.

My question to you all is a taxi the only transportation option? They won't have a car. Would it be better to rent a Mears shuttle or some other shuttle service?

Mary, Queen of the Universe isn't far from Disney at all. I'd have them take a cab if they don't want to rent a car.

Taking a cab from a WDW resort is easy. Bell services can easily summon one.

The shrine is only minutes away from DTD and we have sometimes taken a cab from there after an early dinner.

They can ask the driver to return for them after Mass (set a time) or if they have a cell phone, they can call the driver directly.
