I'm staying at the Ramada across the street from Disneyland and need to get to LAX by about 11 am on a Saturday. I know there are quite a few transportation services in the area. Does anyone have any advice on a good and cost effective way on how to get there? Thanks in advance for any advice anyone has!

We used super shuttle to go from DL area to LAX. You can get a discount from AAA or use a coupon code from Anaheim OC visitors bureau here: http://anaheimoc.org/coupons

Thank you for sharing this website, they have a good voucher for DL Express too - do you know if it its always available to use or should I book ahead to ensure I can use that voucher code?

When researching for this trip, I noticed the Disneyland Resort Express service now ends each day at 5:30pm for SNA, 6:00pm for LAX. We considered using it one way from the airport to get into Anaheim earlier in the AM but the coupon out there is only valid for round trip travel ($10 savings). We're going with Supershuttle instead, saved $2 each way and are able to depart Anaheim for the airport later than 6:00pm since we have a later flight.

I have used the code several times in the last year. I'm not sure if its the same code as I always pull it from the Anaheim OC website. You have to pay super shuttle when you book it FYI.

I also vote Super Shuttle. They were great when we used them in November

We did supershuttle yet again and they nailed it. Time, cost, and arrival time were spot on. I got a deal for $11 per person.

I would say Karmel, Zippy or 4Most Coach. SuperShuttle as a shared service can be sucky... Disneyland Resort Express is fine for what it is.

I like Karmel, personally.

Just curious. Why does everyone prefer super shuttle over Disneyland Express? They look to be close to the same price.

It's a Grayline bus. It has super-funky hours. It doesn't stop right outside every resort.

But given DLRE and SS I'd pick the bus. Have had too many not-great SS experiences!

There is a transport services at the Ramada (in December it was near the gift shop, but I'm not sure if things have moved with their renovations) that can also give you advice and help with booking. We found that as our group was 3 adults it was cheaper to get a cab, plus more convenient than the shuttle times (we would have missed out on over an hour of precious park time). We were able to book the cab there and pre-pay too which was really handy.

Thanks so much for all the advice! Thinking super shuttle or Karmel, the trip is getting close so I really should book soon. I am very excited to be visiting Disneyland for the first time :)
