Ok, the time has come to decide how to get from LAX to Paradise Pier. It looks like PrimeTime Shuttle and SuperShuttle are my only two choices. I read about Disney's Express Bus, but feel that may take too long :confused3

It is just 2 of us, so what is suggested??

I've used super shuttle a couple times and have never had any complaints. Someone on this board used prime time recently and gave them a poor review.

:moped: Thank you everyone for your replies. I tried to search through the threads and couldn't find if one is better than the other. At WDW, we have Magical Express so I don't worry about transportation.
Ok, so now I should decide between SuperShuttle and the Disney Bus. Can everyone talk about the pros and cons between the two?
My ultimate issue is timing. I want to get to DL as soon as possible!

From what I've heard... the Disney Bus is like a full greyhound bus so they carry quite a few people. Most will be staying on Disney property, but you could still have multiple stops. I was only looking for one-way, and that would be $19/person.

Supershuttle only holds 7 people, and one-way is $15/person. (You can also order a private shuttle for slightly more - under $100 - check their website.) I figured since I have 4 people and we're staying off-site, chances are we'd have a faster route with less stops. :)

Great information! -^-
So how long does it take for each (both the shuttle and bus)? Is one faster than the other? Does the bus always travel the same path (such as GCH, DLH, PP)?

My understanding is the DL resort express goes first to DLH (so if you are staying there it works great, we did it from Orange County) but if you are staying elsewhere, it stops at DLH first then maybe you have to transfer, then eventually it goes to your hotel, you can call them and find out what you would have to do depending on where you are staying.

The drawback to a shuttle is if you have five other people all going in other places and you are last.... then it can be a long long ride.

I took the supershuttle from LAX to the Anaheim Conference Centre. There were at least 12 people in it, not nine and each person was stopping somewhere different. We drove all over to residental areas and it took nearly three hours.

I am taking the Magical Express this time. I was told that I did not have to transfer on the way to Anaheim and may have to transfer on the way back.

This is some great information. I really am leaning towards the bus now! Complete 180 from what I originally wanted.
Should I book the bus ahead or can I wait until we are there?
