Does anyone know what time the Disney transportation leaves the Doubletree by Hilton Victoria for the Dover Port for the British Isles cruise?

We stayed at the Doubletree by Hilton Victoria this past August, 2018. We were told by DCL that we would be picked up at 10:30AM which would get use to the port between 12:30PM and 1:00PM. We wanted to get to the port before noon, so we arranged private transportation with the Hotel's concierge from Heathrow to the Doubletree London Victoria and then from the Hotel to the Port of Dover. We were 6 passengers and the total cost was a flat rate of $570 US dollars.

Is there a place to find a list of the hotels DCL offers transportation from? DH and I are thinking about doing one of the cruises out of Dover but are worried about getting to and from the port.

We went to the airport hotel to pick up our shuttle and we staying at another Gatwick airport hotel. For some reason, they had all met the night before to check in and drop off luggage but no one had told us to do this. We were listed as no shows even though we were not supposed to meet up until the pick up day. A bit of a mix-up on Disney’s part but it all worked out. The shuttle was very convenient.
