We will be visiting Disney next week and staying at CBR. I'm trying to iron out all the details and plan on what time we need to leave the parks by to get to our dinner reservations or other events. We will have our car so will be driving to all of the parks.

Sunday
Stay at CBR
ADR at Raglan Road 6:45
I've read that parking here is a mess. How much time should we allow to get from CBR to Downtown Disney parked and walk to Raglan Road?

Monday
Park: Hollywood Studios
See 7:00 Fantasmic Show
ADR at Boma 8:30
If we leave Fantasmic a few minutes early will 1 hour be enough time to get out of the park, wait on the tram, get out of HS parking lot and drive to AKL in time for our 8:30 ADR at Boma? There currently is an opening for 8:50 at Boma if need be but would prefer to leave it earlier if possible since we will already be eating late as long as we can make it.

Tuesday
Park: Magic Kingdom
ADR at Ohana 5:15
Is it better to leave the car at MK and take the monorail to Ohana then take the monorail back to MK to pick up our car after dinner or drive our car from MK to Ohana? Either way how much time should we allow to make the 5:15 reservation at Ohana?

Wednesday
Park: Epcot
ADR at Askerhaus 5:15
MK at 7:00 for parade & fireworks
Is it better to park at Epcot in the morning and then drive to MK for the parade/fireworks? Or should we park at Epcot and then take the monorail to MK for the parade/fireworks then the monorail back to Epcot to pick up our car? Or park our car in the morning at MK then take the monorail to Epcot then the monorail back to MK for the fireworks so that our car is already at MK for after the fireworks? Either way how much time should we allow to get from Askerhaus to MK in time for the 7:00 parade? We could possibly see the parade at the 9:00 time however would prefer to see it at 7:00 if we can make it.

Friday
Park: Animal Kingdom
ADR at San Angel Inn 5:45
What time should we leave Animal Kingdom by to allow to get out of AK parking lots, drive to Epcot, park and get to San Angel by 5:45?

Thanks!

I can't speak to CBR to Downtown since I have avoided it since construction has started but I will try to help with your other days.

HS to Boma - You should be able to do this in an hour. It is ~15 min drive from HS to AKL so that leaves you 30+ min to get out of the lot. I think you will be fine.

MK to Ohana - There is a boat that will take you from MK to Ohana in ~20 min. It stops at GF and then Poly. After dinner you can walk from Poly to TTC. This is a very easy 10-15 min walk. No need to move the car.

EP to MK - I don't see any way you can make it by 7. If you eat fast and everything is timely at Akershus you will finish in 45 min. You then have a 20 min walk to the monorail and then have to change at TTC to MK monorail or Ferry. This will put you at ~7:30. Again if everything runs smoothly. I would shoot for 9:00.

AK to EP - I would leave by 4:45 and definitely no later than 5. Drive is about 15 min and then you have to get through security and walk through Future world to Mexico.

Hope that helps.

1. I'd give it at least an hour.

2. Why bother seeing Fantasmic at all if you're going to miss the best part. Switch Boma to your AK day or take the later ADR. Or skip either Fantasmic or Boma.

3. You don't park at MK, you park at the TTC, which is literally right next door to the Poly - you can walk it much faster than you can drive it. Honestly, I would never drive to MK when staying onsite - take the bus.

4. You couldn't make that if you had a teleporter. You probably won't even be walking out of the restaurant much before 6:45 (I have never had a character meal take less than 75 minutes and we are not slow eaters.) You won't make it to MK until about 7:45 or so. Consider using WDW transportation this day. It will save you some time and will be so much easier.

5. 4:30 or so. But, seriously, I'd do Boma this day and San Angel on your DHS day. DHS and Epcot are just a short, pleasant boat ride away from each other.

For what its worth Disney suggests you allow 90 minutes to make it to any ADR using their transportation. With your tight schedule driving would be the way to go. But please keep in mind that if you are late there could be some not so great consequences. From being seated with a bit of a wait to not being seated at all and still being charged the no show fee. So don't cut it too close!

I haven't driven to DTD since all the construction started, but I remember that finding parking can take a bit.

Personally, I would take the 8:50 pm ADR so that I could stay to watch all of F! and the not have to feel super rushed to get out of the stadium and over to AK.

Yes, I would leave your car at the TTC and take the monorail or boat to the Poly from MK. The monorail would make stops at the Contemporary and TTC before arriving at the Poly. The boat will stop at the GF before heading to the Poly. The boat ride itself takes about 15-20 minutes, but you have to allow time in case you just miss the boat and have to wait for another one. So I would plan on being at the boat dock about 45 minutes before your ADR (so by 4:30 pm).

I also don't think you'll be able to make it the MK by 7:00 pm. The general rule of thumb is to allow about 60-75 minutes for a in-park TS meal. So, if you're ADR is at 5:15 pm, the earliest you'll finish is around 6:15 pm and this might mean skipping a princess or eating really fast. My guess is you'll get to MK somewhere around 7:30 pm whether taking the monorail or driving. In all honestly, I would opt to take the bus from CBR to Epcot and then the monorail from Epcot to MK, and finally the bus from MK to CBR. You're probably going to spend more time (or the same amount) moving the car around.

I would be heading out of AK around 4:30 pm. The drive itself is pretty short (~15 minutes), but you have to allow time to park, walk to the ticket gates, and then walk all the way through Future World to San Angel Inn.

This is excellent advise!
Do yourself a favor and stick to the 90 minute rule. Whether you drive, or use Disney transportation, getting from point A to point B is totally unpredictable on Disney property. On our last trip we had a 50 minute delay waiting for a minor accident to be cleared. Cutting it too close is stressful, and you will not want to feel pressured to race around on vacation.
