Transportation Question

We are flying into MCO the night before our cruise leaves. We are staying at a hotel near the airport. My question is: Where do we get to the Disney Transportation to the port (We are using DCL buses and not a town car). Will we need to meet the DCL reps in the terminal or do we go to Mears?

DCL has their own busses, so you would have to go back to the airport to meet them. They are usually in the baggage claim area, but may also be somewhere else. Maybe somebody can tell you

There is always more than one Disney Rep at the Airport carrying a large sign "Disney Cruise Line". It's always easy to spot them and both times I was coming off the plane with my family. If in doubt, go over to the Disney Store!!! You can spot them there for sure!

We definitely had a great experience. We stayed at the MCO Marriott. They provided a shuttle to/from the airport. In the a.m., we told the shuttle driver that we needed get to the "Disney area" and he took us right there.

Although this was easy enought, we are thinking about trying the MCO Hyatt on a future trip. That just makes it even easier, in that you don't have to move your luggage around so much.

I hear the buses start running around 9:30. Does that sound correct to everyone?
