Transportation Options

I am going on the Magic on Jul-31 and am staying at the BWV for 5 nights before. I was planning to take a Town Car from MCO to BWV but am unsure what to take for the WDW to Port and Port to MCO trips.

I would like to take the DCL bus to get in the mood for the cruise, but am concerned by the lateness of arrival at Port C.

1) If we take the DCL bus will we still be able to book Palo?

2) Do the buses leave BWV or will we have to transfer to another hotel?

3) I understand that the bus leaves some resorts earlier than others, is there a schedule anywhere? I believe the the bus leaves GF first?

4) I understand that you can take a AKL breakfast package that includes DCL transportation, has anyone done this?

5) Any other advise?

How many people in the Group ????????
We have not been able to get the bus at the Boardwalk and had to go to Beach club or Swan..
We like to go to the port via town car .. to arrive early....

we take the Bus back to the airport at the end of the cruise ....
u can purchase the transfers for the bus on the ship.....

Four of us in the Group.

I assume that we won't have to move our luggage over to the Swan/BC ourselves?

If we have to go elseware to pickup the DCL bus then should we consider GF or AKL?
