Transportation options between DW and Orlando Airport

Hi, with the pending changes next year, what would be the best options for a family of 4? We are thinking Uber/Lyft might be best without DME, which we weren't thrilled with the wait anyways. But I'm not seeing a lot of Uber/Lyft running between the place on the app, and do those have car seats for young kids?

I guess when MEARS bus start running next week, will have a better idea what the service is like. But being stuck in a space with bunch of people after just being on the airplane could be mentally exhausting.

Renting a car is out, as there's just so little availability and price is sky high, not to mention the parking fees at resorts.\

I’ve had good experiences with Tiffany TownCar. You can even get a 30 minute stop at Publix Grocery store for no extra charge.
