From the airport to the Universal resort, I'd book a car service. It'd be about the same price as a taxi, but with far better service.

From Universal to POR I'd just catch a random taxi at the front of the resort. I think for this hop, it would be substantially cheaper than a car service.

From POR to MCO I'd take Disney's Magical Express. It's fine to take it one-way, in either direction.

That's just the way I'd roll.

Thanks for the suggestion. I gave it some thought, but DH was opposed to Magical Express due to our last not-so-magical experience with Mears. (We ended up having to run across the terminal, because he didn't know where our airline was). I sent a shout out to the car service we used last time we flew into MCO, and they gave us what I think is an excellent quote for our triangular trip. So, it makes it stress-free because I already know what it will cost, and I don't mind paying extra for a private car that goes to our schedule.
