It takes more then an hour to retrieve your bags off luggage carousel, make a grocery stop and continue on to your resort.

Does bell services delivery bags without a guest being present in the room? DME pays for luggage delivery. DME luggage is left in the room without a guest being present. I didn't realize luggage left with bell services gets delivered without a guest being present.

There are numerous car services available. I can't think of a reason to use one of the few companies that has been banned by DIS for egregious conduct.
