transportation: how early/late do they run?

hello! I'm a newbie to the board so sorry if I'm asking in the wrong place! My family and I are going to WDW soon and we're staying in the cabins. My sister and I were talking about EMH's and she brought up a good question: How long does transportation from the parks to your hotel run? I know there are evening EMH's (10PM-1AM) in MK when we arrive and we want to do that but I was just wondering if the shuttle/monorail/boat runs that late. Does anyone know? Also, how early do they run when there are morning EMH?

Bus service to the parks begins at about 6:30, and bus service from the parks runs until the park is clear of guests. For evening EMH, that's usually about 45 minutes to an hour after EMH ends.

Since you're staying at Fort Wilderness, your transportation is a bit different. You'll be taking the boat to and from the MK. The internal web site for CMs says boats run from 1/2 hour before MK opening until 45 minutes after MK closing. I would assume that includes EMH, but I'm not positive.

You'll also be taking the internal shuttle between your cabin and the Settlement to catch the MK boat, and the Outpost to catch buses to the other parks and DTD. The internal web site says the shuttles run from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m.; maybe someone with more FtW experience can confirm that. I don't know whether they extend that when the MK has EMH 'till 2 a.m.

One of the 3 internal shuttles also goes to Wilderness Lodge. That gives you an alternate route to the MK: bus to WL, and bus from there to MK.

If a park is open late, Disney will provide transportation back to all resorts until that park is empty of guests.
