Transportation Help!!!

Okay, trying to fill out my wedding worksheets and I can't figure out the transportation part of it! :headache: It's really giving me a headache!!! I have several questions, so here it goes:

1. I have 4 hours of limo included...will this work, or will I need to add hours?

2. I have 3 pick up locations and 3 groups (total of 20 to pick up), pickup locations are the Pop Century, Shades of Green and the Animal Kingdom Lodge

3. Here are my thoughts...pick up at Pop Century at 1:00 p.m., drop off at the YC, then pick up at the Shades of Green, drop off at the YC, last but not least pick me up at the Animal Kingdom Lodge, drop off at 2:15, wedding at 2:30. Is this enough time???

4. Ceremony from 2:30-3:30, limo will start taking guest to O'hanas starting at 3:30 while we take photos until about 4:30, then we go to O'hana with a drop off time of 5:00

5. So Limo time would run from 1:00-5:00, giving us 4 hours. Will this work or have I lost my mind. I've been to Disney a million times but I don't know how to figure travel time between each resort and how long the drop off is going to take!

PLEASE HELP! :scared1: I have no idea what I'm doing! How did you guys handle transportation? I CAN'T AFFORD THE 25 PASSENGER VAN, so that is not an option. :sad2:
 
That sounds like a whole lot of running around and "tight squeezes" in your schedule.

My suggestion may not be all that popular, but is there any reason your guests cannot use Disney transportation to get to/from your ceremony and reception locations?

You might want to ask your coordinator what they think. I think I'd consider adding an hour or so onto the limo just to make sure things aren't so stressed.

The most important stuff is that YOU get where you need to be on that day!

I would suggest you get in touch with your planner, it seems like a tight time line but maybe it would work. best of luck with your plans...:goodvibes
