Transportation Grid

I have a spreadsheet that list every WDW location (resorts, parks, etc.) along with the best to get to each place.

Unfortunately, this grid is several years old. It has River Country, and does not have Animal Kingdom lodge.

Does anyone have a more current grid?
I would like to carry this with me, so I can visit various resorts while I am there next month.

You can get a current transportation grid at resorts and at parks' Guest relations booths.

The grid says for resort to resort trips take a bus to Downtown Disney and transfer. When parks are open it is usually better to transfer at a theme park instead, namely a park that is "on the way"
