Transportation from WL to All Star Movie

1st time user....1st Disney trip.
What's the best way to get from our dinner at WL in evening back to our resort Al Star Movies.

Disney does not transfer from resort to resort. You have to go to a park and then back to your resort.

Bus to a park or DTD and transfer to the WL bus.

You can also bus to MK and take the boat to WL. Of course, this option only works if MK is open.

Depending on time of your dinner and which parks may be open, DTD option is always a safe bet.

If you're in a hurry, you could have the bellman call a cab (probably not more than $20 - a nice splurge to keep the troops happy imo).
