Transportation from Universal to WDW

I will be staying on-site at Universal in the HR for a few days and then switching to the CR in WDW. Would anyone know the best way to travel with luggage to the CR? Would taxi be the best option? Thanks in advance.

depending on traffic a cab will be in area of $30-$35 plus tip
