Transportation from Train Station to DL

I am heading to San Diego in November and thought I may take the train up to Anaheim early one morning, then come back either the same day or next day. What transportation is there from the Amtrak station to Disneyland? Are there buses, shuttles, taxi's? Is there anything that is safer than the other? How far is it from the train station to DL? Do the hotels have shuttle service?
