Transportation from SSR

What is the best way to get to the monorail from SSR? I'm assuming it's the bus to the transportation center. How long of a bus ride?

Where can you get to by boat from SSR?

There is no bus to the TTC. You can take the bus to the Magic Kingdom or Epcot. If you are trying to connect to a MK resort, the MK bus is the one you want.
