We will be arriving on June 9th for our first trip to Disneyland. We are flying into SNA at 11:35 a.m. As we have been to WDW numerous times and take Magical Express from the airport, I don't believe that there is anything like that in Disneyland. Trying to get some input. What do you do and are there any discounts out there for them? Thanks to all.

If we are traveling with more than just DH and I we usually take a limo. But I do know that there are other options, and there is a bus that is called disneyland express that services that airport. It is operated by grayline busses I believe. If you have children and no carseats, that is your best bet. You can also use super shuttle. They are decently priced and sometimes they have discount codes. I dont know one off the top of my head but I am sure someone might have one. Have a great time on your first trip!! :)

We used a limo our first 3 trips. Then the price went up and we went to Super Shuttle. We were very happy with Super Shuttle. Booked it all online and pre-paid. Easy access from the baggage claim airport at SNA too.

I got a web coupon for Super Shuttle (google super shuttle coupon) and booked and paid online. We walked off our flight, had the first bags off the conveyer (yeah, they belong to someone!) and waited about 10 minutes for our shuttle to depart.

On our return trip, they arrived at the beginning of our window.

Overall, we were more than happy with their service. And at about $10 each way/per person we felt we got a good deal.

How long did it take to get to the Disneyland Hotel?

It took about 15-20 minutes to get to Quality Inn, which is right off the freeway. We were the first dropped off and the first picked up upon return. I'm not sure of their pick-up order as far as resort hotels go. Maybe someone else has used them to go to DL hotel!

The trip usually takes about 20 minutes on SS. Coupon code UYR59 gives you a $3 off each way discount if booked online, but in order to get it per person you have to do separate reservations for each one. There are plenty of other codes that will get you $2 off each way per person and you can do them all in one booking. I'm cheap and book each separately to save the extra money :goodvibes Here's a site that gives you coupon codes: http://www.retailmenot.com/view/supershuttle.com

One thing to remember when you book online with SuperShuttle is to make sure you type in the hotel name and NOT the zip code. The zip code will give you a much higher rate. The regular rate is $10 per person each way, but the zip code rate is something like $27 for the same trip. With the discount codes, you can pay as little as $14 RT plus tip.

If you have a bigger party, then a taxi is probably the best way to go. They run about $45 each way plus tip and you can take 7 or so (they have vans available) for the same rate. You don't have to reserve it.
