Transportation from PC to MLB

Looking for recommendations for transportation from Port Canaveral to Melbourne International. Anybody used MLB after their cruise? Anything to do at the airport or lunch recommendation?

so is this a first for folks on these boards? I guess we'll just hail a Lyft or Uber but didn't know if anyone had a recommendation for a private transfer

I think the vast majority of folks come through MCO for cruises out of Port Canaveral, so it's a rather limited few who would have experience with MLB. If I were you, I would contact any of the private transfer companies who get recommended here, ask if they'll do a PC->MLB transfer. At worst they say "sorry, we don't go there" and at best you may find a great deal. You might also check the Transportation Forum to see if anyone there is familiar with travel through Melbourne.

I flew in and out of Melbourne on my first cruise 3 years ago. It is a very small airport so I wouldn't bank of having anything to do or eat there. Being small also means they don't have long TSA lines like Orlando as well. Depending on how late your flight is after your cruise you may want to rent a car so you can hang out at a beach or just explore for a while so you aren't bored.
