Has anybody used Florida Tours? We usually use Mears but I can save a little $$$ with Florida Tours. Whats their reputation like? Has anyone had any problems booking online?

We use Cartier Towncars and like their service. Have not used Mears in some time.

We were thinking we would try FL Tours, but I emailed them over a week ago for a quote. Their web page shows prices and vehicles for up to 10 people. We are 11 people and need a car seat. I am still waiting for a quote.

We are using FL Tours for the first time next month. They are a sponsor of these boards and have a great reputation. I used their on-line booking and it worked pretty well. If you have any questions you can e-mail them and someone (normally Andy the owner) will get back to you.

We used www.transportation2disney.com, which I believe is also known as Murray Hill. They were EXCELLENT and we just booked them again for our December trip. We used them in May for a van with eight people and will be trying their towncar in December. They have a free 30 minute grocery stop and all the prices include tolls and any entrance fees. They are by far the cheapest and we really liked them.

We used Southern Elegance limos. I want to say they are top notch!!! We emailed them and received all replys withing the hour. The owner was wonderful to talk with when booking our trip. Our driver was so nice and we really liked him. We got to our surprise a stretch limo and only payed for a town car. My daughter was in pure heaven. I have already recommended them and will use them when we go back .. They are top notch on a scale of 1-10 we give them a 20!!!!!!!!! here is the link

Used FL Tours in April for Luxury Van (14 passenger?). They were great. I sent two emails and have called twice and left messages on machine (this was end of May and again beginning of June) to get prices on a stretch Limo. Still haven't heard a word.
Happy Limo emailed me back within 24 hours and the two times I called them I have always gotten a "real" person that answered my questions immediately.
Sorry Andy-would have loved to use your service again-maybe next time!

Not to get off the main subject, but I just booked through Southern Elegance and found the experience extremely professional. They are the only transportation service I've reserved with that actually e-mail me back a complete and detailed professionally done confirmation. I think that really helps in making sure everyone is on the same page.

Looking forward to this trip.

Try typing in the link yourself, that seemed to work for me just fine. Also, make sure when you click on the link that the comma at the end of the web address isn't included, that seems to mess up the window as well. Hope you can find it, we just booked them again for December.
For those of you interested in Transportation2Disney.com (Murray Hill), we just booked them at $80/RT from MCO to Old Key West, WITH a grocery stop (30 mins) at Publix. They were prompt (within 12 hours) with an e-mail confirmation and answered my e-mail questions about the grocery stop within an hour. They were also kind enough to give me the phone number to the Publix they stop at so that I can pre-order things and just pick them up. We will be using their towncarr, but have used the van in the past and we really liked their service.
