Transportation from LAX to DL

Thanks for the info.
How many people were in your party last time? And do you remember if they limit your luggages?
From their blog they said that the $72 sedan is for 3 people to sit comfortably plus 2 check ins and 2 carryons. More than that they want you to move up to their SUV which is $113.

2 last time and 3 the time before. With the 3 people we each had 2 rather large check in bags along with carry on bags and had no issues. Oldest adult daughter is only 5'1" and we are all average to slim so none of us take up more than average space so I don't recall feeling cramped in the least. :)

That's going to be a towncar or a towncar-like vehicle.

We drive what is basically a towncar (a Grand Marquis) and while it can hold a lot more luggage than the companies seem to think they can, you're also going to have carryons in the passenger compartment. And that's not what the companies want, because they both want you to buy a more expensive ride AND they want you to be comfy. I'd get the SUV.

(the comfy thing is hilarious, because we used a service like that in Orlando, they said we wouldn't fit in a towncar (when that's what we had gotten to and from our home airport in, LOL) and DH wanted a limo so we got that. Well...limos have tiny trunks! The driver ended up with a carryon or two in his passenger seat, and we had backpacks and my purse with us. And the limo was sooo cold. We'll do the SUV next time!)

DH does a lot of travel for work and says he's just going to hail a cab when we get to LAX. I'm a SAHM and the planner in me is  I can't imagine just winging it with transfers!!! What are your thoughts?

I would arrange Karmel Shuttle to pick us up. I have no interest in a taxi ride for nearly an hour.

We just booked Karmel for our trip 5/11. For two adults we're paying $88 RT.

I'm glad to hear about Karmel here. We really disliked SuperShuttle. We were the first in the van, at nearly midnight, with an 11-month-old (we brought the car seat because we used it on the plane), and they looped around for at least an hour getting more people. We were so so tired. Thankfully, we made some friends there while we were waiting, but I'll pretty much never use them again.

Please share how you got a RT, non shared ride, from LAX to Anaheim for $88!
Last time I checked their site they were in the $200 range for a non share from LAX to Anaheim. As much as I like Execucar I'd switch to Karmel for that price!!!

Thanks

We are flying into LAX too, me, DW and DS5. After lots and lots of research we are going with the Business Express Service by Execucar.

Should be $72 total one way minus a 10% Visa discount. Figured that after a long flight, not having to circle the airport, or stop at multiple hotels was worth a couple bucks more.
