transportation from lax to DL

We are traveling with a family of 5, for a wonderful all girls trip to disneyland. My family thinks we are staying off site, truth is we are staying at the Grand Californian. I want to make this a vacation to always remember. I am trying to find a limo service that can start off this magical trip. The problem I seem to be having is that my sister is in a wheelchair. She is mobile, so it can be folded and put in the trunk while we are in route. I can't seem to find anyone who can assist. Surely, this can't be the first time a person with a wheelchair wants to travel by limo.
