Transportation from Hoop Dee Doo to CBR

I know I can get to Hoop Dee Doo by boat from MK. I want to go to the 6:15 show. That night is MNSSHP which starts at 7. Will I ba able to get the boat back to Magic Kingdom with the Halloween party happening that night or should I get a bus to Epcot which is open until 9 that night and then a bus to CBR? Or is there another route I should go?

The boat 'should' be running. I would double check when boating over. The boat CMs will be able to give you the right info.

I've never been to Disney. When yo get off the boat at MK can you get to the buses without going through MK. I know they won't let us in MK due to the party so just wondering if there is a way to get to the bus stop from the boat launch without going in MK.

The boat dock is outside of MK, you will have no problems getting to the buses.

You definitely want to take the boat. Taking a bus from Hoop to Epcot isn't as easy as it sounds because you'd first have to take a Fort Wilderness internal shuttle from Hoop to the front of the resort, THEN wait for an Epcot bus, and then at Epcot wait for a CBR bus. At WDW, as I guess anywhere, you want as few transfers as possible because you add waiting time into the equation for each transfer.

Boat to MK and then bus to CBR requires only that one transfer. But internal bus to bus to bus requires two transfers.

It's very easy...when you get off the boat, go right. You will see the bus stops. You don't go into MK....the boats and buses are all way before you even get to the bag check area.

As already mentioned...taking a bus from HDDR is time consuming. You have to get on an internal bus that will take you to the main bus stop..then you have to get the bus to Epcot and then transfer to your resort bus. Much easier to take the boat to MK and then right onto your resort bus.

When we last went to HDDR, a few years ago, they had buses staged right outside of HDDR to take guests to their resorts. One buses serviced several resorts and it took a bit of time to get "home".
Is this not still true?

On my visit last year there were resort buses for the two later shows.

We went in feb and stayed at pofq. We go to hoop de doo every trip and usually take internal bus, etc. this time though they had disney buses outside pioneer hall, cms asked us where we were going and then directed us to a bus which dropped us off at our hotel!! We were pleasantly surprised!
