Transportation from CBR to Parks?

Folks,

My family is preparing for our Disney adventure at the end of May. We will be driving from Texas to Florida. While at Disney, I plan to park the van and use Disney transportation. We will be staying at the Caribbean Beach Resort.

Question is this: do the Disney buses that pick us up at the CBR go directly to the park or do they go to the Transportation Center and we then have to change buses to a specific park bus?

I have been doing some searching around this board, but haven't found this detail.

Thanks for any insights you can provide!

Buses from the resorts go directly to the parks (well, the Animal Kingdom buses also go to Blizzard Beach usually). You will seldom, if ever, take a bus to the TTC. Exceptions are if you are traveling between AK and the Magic Kingdom or MGM and the Magic Kingdom.

Thanks for a quick response!!

Do you know if it is a longer wait for buses to get to the CBR from one park over another?

We are planning a Donald's Restaurantosaurus one morning and I am trying to figure out how early we need to be ready for the bus before that breakfast.

Epcot is the closest park to CBR and is a very short bus ride. AK is the furthest, so you should be up and out reasonably early to get to your breakfast there.

One thing that hasn't been mentioned is that the CBR buses make multiple stops within the resort itself. As a result, you could board at the first stop and have to make the entire internal loop before you actually get on the way to the park. You also could get on at the last stop and head straight out to the park (although then you could very well be at the last stop on your return). Not all buses take the same route within CBR, however, and it's been a while since we stayed there, so I can't provide any specifics. It's not that much of an inconvenience and I still much prefer taking Disney transport.

Any guess to how early? If the breakfast is scheduled for 8:00 in the morning, should we aim for the 7:00 bus?

Thanks!

I would say yes, be at the bus stop at 7:00.

You also might want to check at CBR when you get there to see what time the breakfast buses start running.
