Transportation from Brandon Fl to the POLY

Im visiting a friend in Brandon florida for a few days before heading to the POLY, she can no longer drive me from her place in Brandon to the Poly. What options do I have? It looks like uber is about $100, One of the private town car companies quoted me $900. Anyone know of a good way to get there without spending a fortune?

Using Rome2Rio website, looks like you can take the bus for about $25 to Disney Springs, and then catch the WDW bus system from there (beware they can restrict luggage on WDW buses). Will take a long time though, around 5-6 hours.
