Is there any transportation from Boardwalk to SeaWorld for the day?

You can take a cab. Renting a car is probably cheaper.

Uber, taxi, Lynx Bus from the TTC or DTD or Mears.

Lynx is the cheapest but will take the longest.
Uber is probably around $25 but you will need to check that out in the Uber app.
Mears taxi is around $35 each way.
Mears shuttle is about $50 each way.
