Transportation from airport

Now that we are flying in I have been pricing different transportation companies.There are 5 of us so a taxi wouldn't work. I thought I had found an SUV for $120 round trip and now I can't figure out which company it was. Any recommendations for a family of 5? I do not want to use a Shuttle service that makes multiple stops since our flight leaves out of Orlando at 9:55 am on our departure day. Thanks for ANY info!

They have many van taxis at the airport that would work. We used one for 6 people. At the hotel they have Escalades that are there that also easily fit six people.

Have you ever used Happy Limo? Mousesavers is recommending them. I prefer to have a vehicle waiting for us. I like to know what my price is going to be ahead of time do you know how much the taxis and Escalades are? I originally thought it was Mears that I had found but going back to their site it wasn't them....hmmmm...

We've never used anything other than a cab. It cost about $50 to take the van cab including tip (which you can call for at the hotel instead of using the Escalade) and I think it was $60 for the Escalade. They will tell you up front how much the Escalade costs...I just can't remember.

They used to just have cabs at the hotels but now they have switched to town cars and Escalades. However, they will call a cab for you if you would rather take that.

Tried Happy Limo once. Never again. They were unreliable and the driver was rude. My advice is to use any other option.

We use both of the above for many years. If one is not available we use the other. There is a coupon with Tiffany.

They both are $120 Round-trip and allow for a shopping stop on the way to the hotel.

I have no issues with either and recommend both highly.

Taxi, Taxi, Taxi. We were just there - there were 7 of us - no problems with a van taxi. We stayed 1 1/2 miles off property - they stated it would have been $35 each way for the taxi from MCO to hotel. We paid $30 a person round trip with Mears - will never do that again but don't think I will be going back to Universal any time soon. I am a Disney Snob.
