Hi all...I know I read a thread about limousine services from airport to US (RPH) for 10 of us (round-trip) Someone mentioned a company that seemed to be a very good deal and even would stop at a store for 15 minutes (or something), and for the life of me I can not remember the name. Can you tell me who you used. Mears seems very expensive for 10 of us.

I used Murray Hill Transportation, their website is http://www.transportation2disney.com. We used them in 2004 when there were 11 of us and they are very nice and the most affordable I could find for that large a party. We had Hurricane Frances visit while we were there and we couldn't get through to them but when the storm passed they got in touch with us before I got a chance to and they were calling to see if we still needed them, which we did and we were very relieved to hear from them and know they hadn't left us stranded since we were 2 days late!! I'm using them again this year for our trip back to the airport from USO. HTH

Thank you for the info...I was looking at both of them. I left a message for Murray Hill...can you tell me....the price listed is for 4 passengers--it then states $10 more for passengers 5-10...is that $10 more per person or from passengers 5-10???

I believe that is $10 extra per trip, but email them with any questions to be sure, they are very helpful and have always answered my emails promptly. HTH

Thanks for alll the info....I did speak with MH and it was in fact just $10 more for persons 5-10. They turned out to be less expensive than HappyLimo and when I spoke with HappyLimo I was not impressed. On their website, it clearly states that they will match anyones pricing. When I brought it up, the person was very clear that it had to be advertised (I told her it was) and then when I mentioned the other company, she said she had never heard of them....really??? When you are in that kind of business, you absolutely can not tell me that you do not know who your competition is....she was not very friendly, and I booked our service with MH...thanks again

Its a shame, your not the first person to complain about their customer service. I hear that the drivers happen to be pretty nice but their customer service is usually a big put off. If they are reading these boards they should take note! Hope everything goes as well for you as it did for me with MHM. Have a wonderful trip!

I just book on their website so I normally don't deal with their customer service much. The only time I call their customer service is to notify them than I've landed, have my bags and waiting to be picked up. A couple times when I called, I got a busy signal and had to call back. The last trip, we had to wait for about 15 minutes before the car showed up at the airport. I wasn't happy about that, but chatting with the driver along the way, I got over it.

I also was not thrilled with Happy Limo. When I booked I was told their driver would meet us inside the terminal but after searching for awhile I gave them a call. They then told me to go outside and look for him. We did eventually find him but not that easily. I was also told when I booked that we would get a 30 minute stop at a grocery store. When we got to the store the driver said that we had 15 minutes. Not nearly enough time to shop in a store we'd never been in before & get thru the register. I will not be booking with Happy Limo again next month.

We used MurrayHill this last week. I was very impressed. We arrived early and he was there waiting with our name on a sign. I love that! Our schedule was iffy. Thanks to Fay, one flight canceled, added an extra day. They were in contact with us and very helpful. The stop at the store was great- we bought snacks and drinks, saved us lots with our bunch! Drivers were friendly and drove safely. We would have had same driver, but first one had damage from all the rain. He called and apologized and said other driver would be there to get us. Very personable. We will use them again.

I just got back from HRH on Wed. 8/27 and used Murray Hilll again, they did not dissapoint us. I used them to pick us up from CSR to HRH, and then from HRH to MCO. They were there early @ CSR (which turned out great because I am always ready early) and right on time from HRH to MCO and they had a 15 passenger van for us 4 but it worked out very well for the luggage we were carrying. It was a very smooth ride and very comfy. John was a doll as always! I can't recommend them enough. HTH

Just wanted to say how much I love this website. We will be staying at PBH from 12/6 -12/13/08, and I feel fully prepared from reading all of the great info. that is posted here. We have arranged for Murray Hill for our transportation to and from MCO, and after reading this, I think we have made a great choice.

But thank you for the recommendation on MH. I have contacted them for the transfers for our upcoming trip and Michael has been exceedingly helpful!

I think it was my post that you may be reffering to

We are a party of 10 going from MCO to RPR and then RPR to the all star sports. We are using Precision Limosine( recommended by the RPR conceirege)
They have a meet and greet at the airport down by the baggage claim from your flight(they tract and monitor your flight) Its costing us 210$ for all 10 of us for round trip service including tax and a 20% gratuity. The company has a nice ste of fleets. They have a 12 passanger van that seats 12 that is leather. The RPR guest get a 20% discount so make sure you mention that when setting up your ressie. Also the RPR conceige can make arrangements also. Were not using them till thanksgiving but I already set up my info since it is a holiday wkend. Here is a link to their site.

I just used them in my last visit (8/27) and they were wonderful as always. The owner's name is John and they have very competitive prices. I cannot recommend them highly enough. HTH

msr709--I think the company you listed is Murray Hill transportation, which is mentioned in the above posts. We used them once--on time and professional.
