Transportation for large groups

I am doing priliminary work on a large group trip for a scouting-style organization. We would have at least 200 kids. We will be at Fort Wilderness Campground. Is it possible to make special transportation arrangements with Disney Transportation when we want to get the whole group from one place to another?
