Transportation for breakfast ressie

We are staying at the Caribbean Beach Resort and have breakfast reservations at Ohana for 7:45 am. What would be the best options for Disney transportation to the Polynesian? Also what time should be leave Caribbean Beach?

That early, I would take a cab.

If you don't want to do that You'll need to be at the bus stop by 6:30, take the bus to MK and then take the resort monorail to the Poly.

I agree with a cab. Most trips between resorts have cost us around $20, one way.
