I have reservation for the 9:30 show of Hoop de doo in September. I’m wondering if Disney provides transportation back to our resort after the show. I know the buses do NOT travel from resort to resort. However, the MK closes at 9:00pm that night so I don’t think they will still be running when the show gets out. :sad2:

Is taking a bus to Downtown Disney even an option? :confused3 How late do those buses run?

Are we better off paying for a cab?

What have you done without a car?

Thanks:cat:

There SHOULD be busses at the bus stop by HDDR to take you back to your resort. Each bus will serve multiple resorts.

if for some reason there are no busses to the resorts, the DTD bus is the other option. It runs until 1AM. Then you can transfer to your resort bus. They run from DTD TO the resorts until 2AM.

Has anyone actually went to the 9:30 show and had buses waiting for them to take them to their resort?

It has been a couple of years since I did this, but yes, betterlatethannever is correct. There were busses waiting, the cms asked which resort you were staying at and directed you to the right bus. Most busses went to more than one resort, but it was nice to not have to change busses. I thought they organized this very well :thumbsup2

Hijacking the thread just a little to ask those who have been to the 9:30 show if they thought it was a good time to go. We would like to go at that time to give us more flexibility during the day, BUT neither of us have ever eaten dinner at 9:30PM and with a menu of ribs and other fat we're a little worried ...
