Transportation Experts - Tyler Please HELP!

We are planning for a possible trip in December. It will need to be a value resort due to a tight budget. We have it narrowed down to either Pop Century or All Star Movies. My question is about the bus transportation to and from the parks. Do these two hotels have their own transportation, or do they share with other resorts?

Pop Century is all on its own. However, it will have larger crowds.

All-Star Movies will *SOMETIMES* share with the other All-Stars. If it shares, it will have the larger crowd. If it doesn't share, it will have the smaller crowd.

Personally, go with the resort theming that you like, not the transportation. That will average out.
