Transportation Disney-Seaworld

I have looked at the taxi calculator from Mears and it is about $ 18.
Some people in the forum told others that the taxi is about $ 50.

So I need help.

I don't know anything about this but when we were down there last month we overheard a conversation on the bus to the parks. They were saying that if you go to the Ticket and Transportation center and catch the city bus from there then it only cost like a $1.00 or something to go to Seaworld. I guess it is the first stop they make. Like I said we were just overhearing a conversation and don't know if we caught it all or not.

You take a Mears taxi from your resort in WDW and it will cost you $18.00 to $30.00. I don't know which resort you are staying so can't give you a good estimate. It would cost you that much if you take it on your own and try to schedule one of the taxis that gypsy out of WDW.

We used the public Lynx system from TTC to SeaWorld when we went. It's about $1.50 pp each way. Go to the TTC, look for the Lynx bus..has paw prints on it. I believe the route number is 56. The bus stop was the second/third one in the row along the sidewalk. Have the exact change for each person. When you board the bus, tell the driver you are going to SeaWorld. He/she will drop you off at the entrance to the parking lot for SW. Just cross it and you are at the gates to SW. It takes about 25 minutes to make the trip from TTC to SW. To return, just cross the parking lot, cross the street (easy to cross) and head off to the left and you'll see the Lynx paw print bus stop sign. The buses are clean and safe. A lot of the CMs and housekeeping staff use it to get to and from work.
