Transportation Dilemma

Staying at the Boardwalk for F&W. Spending the day at EPCOT and then taking the monorail to dinner at the Contemporary at 8:30. If EPCOT is closed when we are done, what is the best way to back to the Boardwalk?

You could walk to the Magic Kingdom and take a bus back to the Boardwalk.

ETA: Or you could take the Monorail to MK, if you didn't want to walk, but walking would take less time.

You could always take a bus from the Contemporary to Downtown Disney and catch a bus to Boardwalk from there.

If the MK is closed when you are ready to leave the CR, my advice is to take a taxi. Taking the bus to Downtown Disney and transferring to the Boardwalk bus will take at least an hour and maybe more. To me it's worth the $15-$20, especially if we've just eaten a nice meal.

I think the fastest way is to take a taxi, but the cheapest would be to use Disney Transportation and go through Downtown Disney.
