transportation between universal and Saratoga Springs

We are flying into Orlando Airport and staying at a hotel near Univeral Studios for one night but going into Universal for two days. The second night our reservations start at Saratogo springs. What is the best way to get between Universal and Saratoga Springs. The hotel at Universal has a shuttle to Disney that drops you off at Epcot. Is there then a way to get from Epcot to Saratoga Springs that first night with all our luggage?

you cannot take luggage on Disney transportation.

I would take a cab from universal to Saratoga Springs.

Question: What are you going to do with your luggage when you go to the Universal park on the second day?

You may want to consider renting a car for the first day or 2. This will take care of your transportation issue and give you somewhere to store your luggage after you checkout of the Universal hotel and go to the park.
You can rent at the airport (MCO) and return to Disney Car Care Center

Most Disney bus drivers will allow one piece of luggage per Guest. The luggage must be under control of the Guest, and not blocking the aisle.

BUT -- most hotel shuttles to Disney do not allow luggage.
