Good afternoon all,

Hoping to take a trip in early December. If we get to go the trip will include my mother and my aunt, both of whom will need ECV's. I know transportation around Disney is no problem. The question is what is the best way to get to Universal/IoA and Seaworld with 2 ECV's while staying at a Disney resort? There will be 4 of us total. Thinking of maybe renting a vehicle for the days we go to those places. Will a minivan fit 4 people and 2 disassembled ECV's? Any other options such as shuttles etc that can take 2 at once? Open to suggestions from you all.

Thanks,
Myst

Mears run shuttle buses to all the off-site parks. They have wheelchair vans also which are (from memory) big enough for two ECVs.

Lynx public bus service has a route that goes from TTC to Sea World with connections to other destinations. Lynx is your cheapest option. All their buses have wheelchair lifts. They probably would take ECVs too, though you would have to make a very tight turn inside the bus. The big, BIG disadvantage with Lynx is the hassle of getting yourself to and from TTC (no direct Disney buses from resorts to TTC -change at MK to monorail)

Mears for 4 people from Disney to Universal is $56.00 total ($14.00) each.

The disabled vans will hold two ECVs, and they have a lift so you can drive the ECVs straight on the van, no lifting or dissasembling.

Tiffany Town Car is $70.00 roundtrip from Disney to Universal and their van will hold two ECVs in the back without disassembling, but you will have to lift them in.

Also, as Andrew stated, Lynx is an option, but takes a VERY long time, and maybe a transfer.
