Transport to/from MCO

My nieces are going to WDW this coming Sunday to Friday with a few friends. They need transportation to/from airport (staying at the swan). What company makes a stop at a grocery store on the way included in the fare?

We used to use Tiffany Towncare frequently and all but one time had outstanding service and drivers. They will do a grocery stop (although double check just in case they aren’t due to COVID for some reason).
