Transport from WDW to Port Canaveral

Does anyone know of a good van or towncar service that operates from WDW to Port Canaveral? We're trying to keep this trip budget-friendly, so may end up renting a car for 3 days.

If you rent a car, also budget in the parking rate of $15 per day at the port. You should be able to get transportation through your cruise line on a bus or look up other options. We looked in to transportation services and most were about $125 pp. If you have a large group renting a car may still be the cheapest option.

Rent a car to get to port, drop everyone and the luggage at the ship in the morning, then return the car to the rental office. The vast majority of rental companies have free shuttles running between their office and the ship. Reverse it when you return to port..take the shuttle back to the rental office, pick up the car and off you go.
I did manage to get a rate that was actually cheaper, including parking at the ship, than returning the car and rerenting. Not sure how it happened though.
Budget has a frequent shuttle, but I don't think Alamo/National do.
