we are trying to plan a quick trip in March (waiting on the boss to ok hubby's time off) and will be staying off site for the first time. Can we use the disney busses and monorails once we go to a park. Like to park hop and/or go to a resort for a ADR?

once you are on WDW property you can definitely.

that say - it is better to rent a car - especially for ADR at different WDW resorts.

but if you are trying to save money or don't drive. You will get there using WDW transportation it takes a long time. (time you won't be in the parks)
