Transp between Universal and WDW

We are a family of 5 flying in Christmas evening spending a few nights at Universal then moving to Port Orleans for several more nights. The cost of car rental seems to be pretty high considering we don't use the car once we are at each resort. What should we do? I am thinking of Limo from MCO to Univ and from Universal to Port Orleans, then Disney Magical Express back to MCO at end of tirp. Would this be the best plan?

If so what Limo service?

There is always the Mear's shuttle. It runs from MCO to Universal and Universal to Disney. Not sure if they give prices, but you can check out their site - maybe less than a limo.
